How do I flip this bracket to match a 140mm versus a 160mm front rotor configuration?

SRAM constructs this bracket with dual directional logic. Look closely at the flat face of the alloy bracket: you will see text markings laser-etched directly onto the metal surface showing "140" and "160" (or marked as F0 for 140mm and F20 for 160mm). To coordinate your lines for a 140mm front rotor setup, position the bracket onto the fork so the "140" text edge points upward toward the cockpit.

Why are there different bolt lengths required, and what torque should I use?

Proper bolt length is an, non-negotiable safety requirement for hydraulic road disc assemblies. The two countersunk, flat-head bolts included with the kit pass completely down through the bracket body to thread into your carbon fork bosses, requiring a clean torque block to prevent loosening. The remaining two socket head bolts enter down through the top of your caliper tabs to anchor into the bracket's threaded holes.
