FAQ

Is the BT-DN300 compatible with older 11-speed Di2 systems?

No, the BT-DN300 utilizes the newer SD300 electrical architecture and is designed specifically for Shimano 12-speed Di2 road and gravel groupsets.

How do I charge the battery once installed in the bike?

Charging is handled via the rear derailleur port using Shimano's standard charging cable (EW-EC300), meaning you do not need to remove the battery from the frame to recharge it.
