Can I use this 15x110mm Maxle Stealth on a non-Boost 15x100mm front fork configuration?

No, this thru-axle is built strictly to span the wider architecture of Boost suspension forks (15x110mm). A Boost fork spreads the lower legs out an extra 10mm to allow for wider hub spacing and increased tyre clearance. If you attempt to install this axle on an older, non-Boost 15x100mm fork, the axle shaft will protrude significantly out the threaded side, preventing the wheel from clamping down securely and creating a critical safety hazard.

Will this front thru-axle fit Fox Racing Shox, Manitou, or Marzocchi front forks?

No. Thru-axles are entirely fork-manufacturer specific because there is no universal industry standard for total axle length and thread pitch configurations. While this axle shares the common 15mm shaft diameter, it utilizes RockShox's proprietary M15 x 1.50mm thread pitch and a total overall length of 158mm. Fox forks, for instance, utilize completely different lengths and alternative thread patterns.
