Will this tube fit a standard 700x25c or 700x28c pure road racing tyre?

No, this tube is built with a larger casing volume optimized for wider tyres. This model expands securely within a 700x32c to 700x40c range. If you attempt to stuff this tube into a narrow 25c or 28c road racing tyre, the excess rubber will bunch up, fold over itself inside the tyre casing, and cause an immediate pinch flat or a blow-out when you pump it up. For narrow road setups, ensure you select a smaller volume-specific tube.

Is a 48mm valve stem long enough for deep-section carbon aero wheels?

A 48mm valve stem is perfectly optimized for standard box-section alloy rims and shallow aero wheels up to roughly 30mm deep. If you are running deep carbon aero wheels (such as 45mm, 50mm, or 60mm rims), a 48mm valve stem will not protrude far enough through the rim hole for a pump head to clamp onto it. For deep carbon rims, you will either need a tube with a longer valve stem (60mm to 80mm) or you must install a threaded valve extender.
