This Garmin watch can be used for a range of activities, be that running, on the roads, track or treadmill, or swimming, cycling or yoga, among other things. When you're not pounding the pavements, you can take advantage of a number of wellness features to monitor your energy, stress and recovery, and the watch can be worn all day to count steps, calories and monitor sleep.
