Even the first version of the ELEMNT Roam left little to be desired by the Wahooligans. Still, Wahoo found room for improvement. With its 64 color screen, the Roam v2 can display even more detailed images. The memory, which has been increased to 32 GB, offers you even more space for maps, routes and training sessions. The new convex buttons ensure improved usability in all conditions. So that you don't lose your bearings on your adventures, the dual-band GPS ensures even more precise satellite positioning.
The proven Perfect Zoom buttons on the side enable quick zooming in and out of data fields. The bike computer can be mounted in front of the handlebars or on the stem using the two included brackets.

Brilliant screen
The 2.7" color display ensures that it is easy to read at all times. Whether in the dark or in sunlight, a brightness sensor automatically adjusts the background lighting. This means you can always concentrate fully on driving. If you do fall, protect yourself Gorilla© glass reliably protects against damage The display layout can of course be individually adjusted.

Summit freeride feature
This feature recognizes the road you are on and shows you the upcoming elevation profile and any significant climbs. No route needs to be loaded to use the function. If an imminent climb is detected, the Summit function will show you all the information you need, including the angle in the elevation profile. The ELEMNT recognizes climbs from 400 meters in length from 3% average gradient and steeper climbs from 7% average gradient from 250 meters in length.

Quick Lock Leds
The LEDs next to the display can be freely programmed. There you can, for example, have your heart rate data displayed or, when using a radar sensor, measure the distance to vehicles in front of or behind you.

navigation functions
The range of functions leaves nothing to be desired. You can create or download routes or tracks. On these you will be guided comfortably to your destination with turn-by-turn directions. In addition, the ELEMNT Roam v2 reliably guides you back to the starting point or helps you get back on the right path after a wrong turn.
Maps of America, Europe, Asia and some of Oceania are already preinstalled. More can be downloaded.

connectivity
There really isn't anything the Wahoo ELEMNT Roam v2 can't do. It connects to almost all common sensors via WLAN, Bluetooth® or ANT+ and clearly displays the information obtained. It also connects to your smartphone, sends you short messages, for example, or can be configured with it. Various apps and software, such as Strava or Ride With GPS, can also display your position live and thus show the family or the trainer where you are at the moment. In addition, the Wahoo KICKR exercise bikes can be controlled wirelessly. You only need a cable to charge the battery.
