FAQ

How does the PRO MX-2 handle rock strikes and hard trail use compared to road power pedals?

Road power pedals often feature exposed external resin pods or delicate body elements. The PRO MX-2 was designed from the ground up for off-road abuse. Because the electronic brain and strain gauges are entirely protected inside the thick-walled steel axle, hitting a rock or clipping a log only scratches the replaceable outer aluminum pedal body. The sensitive measuring elements remain completely unphased, keeping your calibration perfectly intact.

Do I need to perform a manual zero-calibration before every trail or gravel ride?

No. The Assioma PRO MX-2 features an advanced automatic zero-calibration function that updates itself dynamically whenever the bicycle is upright and fully at rest. You can load your bike, turn on your head unit, and hit the trail with full confidence that your data streams are perfectly anchored. Manual calibration is only required via the app immediately after installing the pedals onto a new set of crank arms to initialize the torque tracking lines.
