FAQ

How does a single-sided off-road power meter calculate my total wattage?

The Assioma PRO MX-1 records raw power data from the left spindle pod and automatically doubles that figure to calculate your total output. This provides a highly consistent, precise tracking matrix for baseline endurance training and structured pacing profiles. For the vast majority of cross-country and gravel riders building fitness or executing intervals, this left-doubled estimation provides an exceptionally consistent and highly reliable training benchmark.

How does the PRO MX-1 handle rock strikes and hard trail use?

Road power pedals often feature exposed external resin pods or delicate body elements. The PRO MX-1 was designed from the ground up for off-road abuse. Because the electronic brain and strain gauges are entirely protected inside the thick-walled steel axle, hitting a rock or clipping a log only scratches the replaceable outer aluminum pedal body. The sensitive measuring elements remain completely unphased, keeping your calibration perfectly intact.
