FAQ

How does the DMT KR4 differ from the, pro-level KR0 road racing shoes?

While the KR0 is built with an unyielding, full high-modulus carbon sole and dual BOA Li2 dials tailored for maximum World Tour watt-transfer, the KR4 is engineered to prioritize compliance and accessible value. The KR4 uses a single BOA L6 dial and a high-strength nylon composite outsole. This composite material offers a slight touch of vertical flex over rough tarmac, effectively filtering out harsh road vibrations to prevent foot fatigue and numbness on grueling weekend club miles.

Are the metallic silver panels prone to peeling or cracking over time?

No. DMT uses high-grade, heat-sealed metallic polymers directly integrated into the mesh and knit substrate layers. This technical bonding process ensures the silver graphics flex naturally alongside the upper mesh material without peeling, cracking, or degrading—even after exposure to intense coastal heat, sweat, or rain. Cleaning them is as simple as wiping them down with a damp cloth and mild soap.
