FAQ

How do I connect the H2 to my cycling computer and indoor training app at the same time?

This is exactly where the dual-protocol wireless matrix of the H2 shines. The sensor streams data over two entirely distinct frequencies simultaneously. You can bind the sensor to your bike computer (such as a Garmin, Wahoo, or CYCPLUS head unit) using the ultra-stable, multi-connection ANT+ channel, while simultaneously pairing it to your iPad, smartphone, or laptop via Bluetooth to run Zwift or Rouvy. This keeps your bio-metrics identical across both real-time screens with zero telemetry dropout.

What is the best maintenance routine to prolong the lifespan of the fabric strap?

Sweat contains salt and minerals that can build up on the electrode pads over time, which may lead to static interference or reading spikes if left uncleaned. To maintain pristine conductivity, simply snap off the plastic sensor pod after your ride, rinse the elastic fabric strap thoroughly under clean warm water, and hang it flat to dry out of direct high-temperature sunlight. Never use harsh chemical degreasers or throw the strap into a washing machine, as this can degrade the integrated structural wiring.
