FAQ

How accurate is the H1 optical armband compared to a traditional chest-strap heart rate monitor?

While older wrist-based smartwatches suffer from lag due to gripping forces at the handlebar, the CYCPLUS H1 reads data from the forearm or bicep where muscular tissue changes are far more uniform. This allows its precision optical matrix to track changes within a razor-sharp $\pm$1 BPM accuracy window. It gives you the immediate, real-time data response needed for intense threshold loops and high-torque intervals without the typical breathing restriction or chest chafing associated with a tight fabric chest strap.

How do the smart LED indicator colors help me balance my training zones?

The H1 features a built-in multi-color LED panel that actively mirrors your physiological load, making it simple to track your limits without constantly looking down at your bike computer screen. When spinning easily below 80 BPM, the lens flashes a gentle Green. Once you cross into your mid-tempo endurance and tempo sweet-spot between 81 and 139 BPM, it shifts into a clear Orange.
