The CeramicSpeed OSPW RS 3D-Printed Titanium uses Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) to build a hollow, lattice-structured cage — an internal geometry that's physically impossible to produce with traditional CNC machining or carbon molding.

That lattice structure gives a strength-to-weight ratio beyond what carbon or machined alloy cages can achieve, paired with the same 13-tooth upper/19-tooth lower oversized pulleys and hand-built ceramic bearings as CeramicSpeed's other RS systems.

Key Features

SLS 3D-printed titanium cageHollow lattice structure impossible to produce via machining or molding
Oversized 13T/19T pulleysReduces chain link articulation angle to cut mechanical friction
Hand-built ceramic bearingsSilicon nitride balls on hardened steel tracks for lower rolling resistance
2-stage spring tensionAdjustable for flat-road speed or extra chain security

Why Buy Local

A precision component at this level is worth having proper local installation for — our workshop handles cage tension tuning, chain length, and electronic derailleur indexing. Genuine CeramicSpeed stock, already in Kenya.

FAQ

How does a 3D-printed titanium cage compare to a carbon cage?

3D printing allows a hollow internal lattice that carbon molding or CNC machining can't replicate, giving high lateral rigidity for crisp shifting while staying remarkably light and durable against road debris.

Does Epic Sports install this?

Yes — our workshop handles cage tension tuning, chain length optimization, and full electronic derailleur indexing so the system performs at its best from day one.
